1. OPEN POSITIONS FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Freshman and Sophomore UG students with good GPAs are welcome to apply for voluntary research positions. Students who typically do well are those interested in eventually pursuing medical/graduate education. No research experience is necessary.

2. PAID ASSISTANTSHIP FOR MASTER’S STUDENTS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE

We are seeking part-time MS students with solid expertise in programming languages like R / python / MATLAB for spatial image analysis and/or biostatistics. Students should be familiar with implementing and modifying packages from GitHub for performing the data analysis. Applicants will also participate in projects involving large data tables to find correlations, dimensionality reductions, plot heatmaps and random-forest models to find important targets.

3. MS/PHD grad students and Post-docs

We are seeking MS/PHD grad students with interest and expertise in the areas relating to our research (see lab web page). Of particular interest are candidates with expertise in performing spatial proteomics and analyzing image data from spatial proteomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics.
